The European Conference on Aniridia will bring together social and healthcare professionals from all over the world, experts on basic and clinical research on Aniridia and WAGR syndrome.
During the two-day conference, experts will discuss the newest Aniridia therapies, best treatments, ongoing cutting-edge research papers where specific clinical cases are presented, epidemiological reports, social improvements proposals, etc. This information will paint a picture of the current state of people living with Aniridia and WAGR spectrum in Europe.

The authors of the works selected for their scientific quality, originality, and innovation in the fields of research or clinical care, and approach to Aniridia and WAGR spectrum will have the privilege of presenting their work in person at the space that will take place 4 June, at the end of the plenary session of said conference.
We especially want people from under-represented and eastern European countries to take part in the conference, to build supportive networks.
Scientists at the start of their careers are also particularly encouraged to get involved to increase research collaboration and understanding about aniridia.
At the end, you will receive a diploma and special commemorative gift from the presidency of Aniridia Europe in recognition of their dedication and involvement in the study of Aniridia and associated pathologies.
