The Conference will take place presencially. The tickets to attend will include access to the Conference 4 and 5 june, coffe breaks and lunch. Dinner and accomodation are not included in the price. Below you can find information.
Venue
The conference will take place at the San Juan Complex in San Juan de Alicante.
San Juan Complex is specialised in medical Congress.
The Congress Hall is an amphitheatre with a capacity for 368 attendees. A 342 m2 space with panoramic windows and views over the gardens.
It also has several room meetings of different dimensions perfect for working groups.
Accommodation
We’ve secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make the trip to the Conference easier. We reccomend to book as soon as possible, so Alicante is a tourist place very concurred in Summer.

Complex San Juan
There are several rooms secured at the Venue. These are mainly for speakers, organising committee and families from Patients Meeting. We will open them to attendees booking once the Speakers and families will be accommodated.

Located at 50 meters from the main conference venue.

How to get to San Juan Complex
By plane
San Juan de Alicante, also Sant Joan d’Alacant, is near to Alicante city. Alicante has its own airport with several flies daily. You can look for a ticket to this airport.
By train
AVE (High-speed train) Alicante-Madrid
AVE trains to Alicante stop at:
