Note: To register for the 8th EAC, a registration form must be completed, and the corresponding registration fee must be paid.

Ticket sales will close when the maximum capacity is reached. So do not wait too long to book your place.

For registrations made after the regular registration deadline, payment can be made at the Arbilis registration desk during the Conference period.

There is an Early Booking Price (EBP) of just €50 for most tickets until December 31, 2025. After that, prices will be significantly higher.

The fee includes:

– participation in the scientific program

– access to the exhibition area

– coffee breaks, lunches, diner

– electronic certificate of participation.

The registration fee does not include accommodation. Find out about hotel room booking. 

Changes, substitutions and cancellations

Any changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to 

arbilis@arbilis.com

Cancellations made up until 28.02.2026, can be fully refunded, with a administrative fee deduction of €25.

Cancellations made after 28.02.2026: cannot be refunded.

If you cannot attend, a colleague can come instead.
